Ricardo Manmohan

I host a variety of leadership programs for the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Each program is geared to a different audience, but all focus on growing the future leaders of small communities. My programs combine my training as a leader in both the military and the corporate world and are enhanced by outdoor experiences in the wilderness of the West Coast. Currently, I am working on my Doctorate at Royal Roads University focusing on increasing the impact of leadership programs in both rural and Indigenous communities.
